I was Brian's Lead on Shadow of the Tomb Raider and the Avengers project for Crystal Dynamics. Brian is truly one of the most naturally gifted animators I've had the pleasure of working with. He works well with motion capture, has a keen sense for engine implementation and navigation, and has one of the best eyes for camera I've come across. On top of his skillset, he has a notable ability to add performance to a sequence and elevate it, turning a good beat into a great one. I'm happy to recommend Brian for the role of Senior Animator.
